I like the close up. I don't know about the crop maybe alittle more chin. The Eyes are remarkable.Regards

agree with jeannette , the crop makes it more interesting , focussed on the eyes so far for me , okconcerning flash , jaime has right too , but the picture is cool ++++

lovely close portrait, did you use flash? as i can see a few lighter bits on his face which could be fixed.but beautiful work
