Mouth of the monster....

...not really...just the entrance to 'Cave Rock', Sumner, Christchurch, New Zealand. Note the tourist on the left beginning the climb to the top. My photo 'dibble dabble' was taken inside this cave, which is full of water at high tide. January 2006

Thanks for your comment..yes monsters and roads seem compatible here LOL!

The right side is quite close yes, but i wanted to gain some perspective with the sea to the left and the tourist..

Nice image Sarndra. I think it was a good idea to have the tourist in the shot too. Gives some scale to the popular landmark....did you clamber up there on the day too?..Cheers..Rob

You're right :-) it does look good black and white....i never think to do that...

Yes she did indeed make it and you can't quite see in the photo, but that many people have climbed it, that steps have formed. :-) so isn't such a tough job after all!

kool shot sandra, i think this image in B&W with a bit more contrast would look amazing try it?
has that tourist have a handbag and she is tempting to climb that thing?
