For those lepidopterists amongst you. What species of moth is this,it has a wing span of 15 cm.

    A Madigascan Moon Moth! wow I wish I had seen it fly now, it surely is a magnificent creature. Thanks Rob.

    eurica!!! i think it is a madigascan moon moth a.k.a comet moth. ( Argema mittrei ) ...Oh and it's a girlie, the males have even longer tails.
