Milky white sand beach

Boracay, Philippines

While less known than some of the other finalists, Boracay has received numerous accolades, especially for its "White Beach," situated at the West Coast between the villages of Angol and Balabag. The water is shallow here, and the sand is brighter and finer than most beaches in the archipelago. With over 350 beach resorts and 2,000 rooms, you're sure to find whatever you're looking for. Boracay also offers a wide range of restaurants, bars, pubs, and nightclubs that bop until morning. (Source: Askmen.com, Top 10 Beautiful Beaches)

Well, I´ve been in Boracay last November. I was looking forward very much to visit this place, but I was very disappointed. What happened along the White Beach is an unforgivable crime to this island.
