This is very impressive through its color spectrum seeming to be from another world. Thus one could think, that the model is just a display dummy, which often also have no hair (at least until the suiting wig is chosen). This ambiguity is also supported by the quite neutral facial expression. Fotos with an amibuity are more attracting our attention, I think.
