Dippoldiswalde ist eine Große Kreisstadt im Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge in Sachsen. Die Stadt ist zentral im Osterzgebirge gelegen und befindet sich etwa 20 Kilometer südlich von Dresden auf halbem Weg zwischen der Grenze zu Tschechien und der Landeshauptstadt.

...another great old steamer, a real work horse in it's day, when I was a boy in the mountains we could set the clocks to the whistle of certain steam-engines coming up the grade loaded with coal and headed to the steel mills to keep the industrial revolution moving....Best Wishes for a happy New Year,
