Lights of Europe
Die Idee zu diesem Bild entstand nach einem Besuch des Peggy Guggenheim Museums in Venedig. Dort war ich fasziniert von einem Bild des Malers Jean Metzinger das einen Rennradfahrer zeigt.
Den Lotus Europa im Bild habe ich beim Oldtimer GP 2022 am Nürburgring fotografiert.

Ich habe noch einmal über das Bild nachgedacht: Vielleicht wäre es leichter zu verstehenen, wenn die Umrisse Europas lückenlos und ähnlicher wären?LG Mattias

Die obere Bildhälfte erkenne ich als moderne Kunst an. Für die untere kann ich eine längere Standzeit im Canal Grande annehmen. Zusammen passt das aber gut zu Peggy G. aus Venedig... :-)HG, Thomas
