Ce personnage me fait penser à l'oeuvre d'un artiste qui a toujours gardé l'anonymat et qui représentait sur les murs de Paris " l'homme à la bouée " ; Peut être y a t il encore des infos sur internet ..J'aime ces images décalées comme la tienne !
