Krachap
Who knows the food I show here on the photo I captured in the province of Chai Nat?
Krachap is a sort of water chestnuts and has a simular taste.
Known as Trapa bispinosa or Trapa natans its an important plant of Indian Ayurvedic system of medicine which is used in the problems of stomach, genitourinary system, liver, kidney, and spleen.
