The water is the strength of this kitesurfing image. Being a watersport, the choice to accentuate that element was a wise one, for not only does the viewer gain a closer glimpse of individual mastering the sport, but a greater understanding of the intensity and drama of the sport itself. Water is beautifully rendered, action stopped crisply yet with a strong feeling of it's powerful surge and flow. Beautifully done!Susie Q 12/02/2007 0:34
I like the dynamic and imaginative composition here - it's not easy capturing shots of kitesurfers; you either manage a relatively close-up view of the person without the colourful kite, or a shot of a teeny weeny ant-like person dwarfed by the kite way up in the sky! lol So, well done on a cleverly captured kitesurfing image with a pleasing difference ...Susie :o)
