It seems she suffers from a very deep pain inside!I recommend her to take either two Aspirin tablets or a very cold shower !

Wonderful image Dave...and yes...it is really big...i love it. Most of your gallery images was a little bit small i think.Great pose, lovely expression with that shutted eyes, vivid colors on white and very nice skin editing...i think? Bravo.
