Inside the eruption

Volcano Stromboli, has been erupting continuously for centuries
Strombolian eruptions eject volcanic bombs and lapilli fragments that travel in parabolic paths before landing around their source vent. Mt Stromboli has been in almost one continuous eruption for the past 20,000 years. You can see in the sea, a illuminated boat. The shot was taken from 915mt, the three active craters are at 750mt.
