In eternal remembrance to the firemen in Havana disaster
The Cristobal Colon Cemetery is one of the great historical cemeteries of the world, and is generally held to be the most important in Latin America in historical and architectural terms,
Inside the cemetery has a 23 m-high monument to the firefighters who lost their lives in the great fire of th 17th May 1890.
