Respekt für den Versuch und für die Originalität.
Aber : es ist natürlich kein menschliches Herz, daher empfinde ich das Foto hier irgendwie als Trick und das hinterlässt kein gutes Gefühl.
Wäre es nun aber tatsächlich das Herz eines Menschen, der per Definition gelebt und gelitten hat und letztendlich gestorben ist, so fände ich es pietätslos (ja, auch, bzw. insb. als Chirurg).

Normalerweise liegt das Herz doch andersrum oder? Die Idee finde ich gut, würde es nochmal probieren. Mich persönlich stört der Hintergrund und ich würde das Herz noch liebevoller in die Hand nehmen (andersrum).
