Harts Range, central Australia
Harts Range on the distant horizon, on the flat endless plain north east of Alice Springs in central Australia. It was named for the Hon. John Hart who was three times Premier of South Australia between 1865 and 1871. At that time the Northern Territory was controlled from South Australia.
