This Great Gray Owl was perched may be 15 meters high before he jumped on his prey (some kind of rat) that was moving under the snow cover. This fabulous Owl used is very sensitive hearing (amplified by his face shaped like a "parabolic antenna") to spot his next meal even if it couldn't see it...
