Golden Temple
Golden temple, Amritsar, is sacred place for Sikhs. It has layer of pure gold, and inside it has amazing curvings and frescos. Beautiful and peaceful.

I think this photograph resembles the overall picture of the temple complex very well.It is really crowded, and everywhere there are Sikhs and also Hindus and Christians. I guess it was the cleanest place in whole India I have see (Except for the toilets in the dormatory, which were kind of digusting ;)). And the people there are extremely friendly (if you are used to the grim look on the faces of most Sikhs due to the beard and everything).
The Golden Temple is really impressive.

No doubt, it's a very nice place and picture. I would like to see it a little bit darker, but that is a question of taste.Greatings from Heidi
