One word about the pasteurizing.You climb the trees for one day or more.
You press the juice.
And it needs at least one day to do the rest of the work.

As far as I can say, homemade..:)Your pic brings back memories of past fall, when a couple of friends and I made dozens of apple- and pear-juices. The pasteurizing is the part when you recover from climbing those old trees...
