could it be that the original uploaded file was bigger than 150 (for double uploads 300) kb? looks like it went through the autocompression which becomes effective if a photo is bigger than the marks above or 1000 pix in with or height.the bottom of the photo looks like you used the stamp tool on it ... did you?
