Frank Stack, cartoonist
Frank Stack is known as one of the first "underground" comic artists, and an excellent fine artist as well. While I was studying art at the University of Missouri in Columbia, I had the pleasure of taking some of his classes. I took this photo as part of a series to illustrate an article he wrote for American Artist magazine about his etching technique.
