Former rolling mill bay at La Felguera; Asturias - Northern Spain (I)
This bay hosted till the early 80s the plate rolling mill of the historic steel factory of Duro Felguera company. The factory was decommissioned in theearly 80s after 100 years of existence. Only the rolling mills bays, a 100 m high concrete smokestack and the headquarters offices remains in place, the two blast furnaces, the coke ovens, steel converters, gas holders and power station were scrapped in the 80s.
