******Fallen Angel******
.. the burden of beauty is heavy indeed
it curls the petal and bends the reed,
the applause grew quiet that late summer day
as she bowed in the pond, the end of the play,
her progeny will rise next season I know
another beauty will flower to star in the show.......JD
