This is an exquisitely lit creature. The clarity of that eye is exemplary. It is hypnotic, primal and prehistorically alive. No emotion, sheer survival is displayed in the green orb. I would love to see a version where the eye is moved in on even closer, with no discerning outline of the top of his head--just a frameful of extraordinary skintones, textures, color and detail.
