Wow! Che bella immagine...Dalle mie parti la farina di castagne si utilizzava un tempo per preparare il castagnaccio, che ormai è diventato tipico in molte zone come dolce particolare e tradizionale. Un tempo molta gente si sfamava , grazie a questa farina che dava un buon apporto energetico. Una bellissima ed interessante immagine Gabriella!luciluc 09/11/2022 10:13
