Je me rappelle des certs-volants amateurs que l'on voyait parfois sur les plages flotter péniblement.Aujourd'hui, on les revoit surgir de manière plus acrobatique dans le cadre de véritables festivals, tels celui de Dieppe présenté ici ou encore à Berck (Pas-de-Calais)
