Île de Batz (bretonisch: Enez-Vaz) ist eine bretonische Insel im Norden des Département Finistère in der französischen Region Bretagne, gegenüber von Roscoff. Sie bildet die gleichnamige Kommune Île-de-Batz mit 540 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2009) im Kanton Saint-Pol-de-Léon im Arrondissement Morlaix.
