      The picture has a true background, and when I lead my team I allow them an unscheduled break. Now I was once not there and they also took a break, unfortunately too long. The success rate went down sharply, now the management of the company has banned all unscheduled breaks in general.

      for a single sinner an entire ship sinks :-( Politics is never about punishing the guilty, it is better to take advantage of the mistakes of individuals to justify bans for everyone. If your team hadn't messed up with , others would have done it, they know it, they're just waiting the right moment :-) It's the same thing here too.
