Die kommunalen Kassen sind, besonders jetzt in der Corona-Krise, leer. Da wird geblitzt was das Zeug hält. Und es wird fleissig investiert: in weitere stationäre und mobile Blitzer.Offen, sympathisch . . . etwa im Kreis Lippe:
