Changeable Hawk Eagle. (Spizaetus cirrhatus).
Crested Hawk-eagle. Common larger raptor of dry
lowlands, less common in wet lowlands and up to higher hills.
Recognized by its very upright crest and brown upper parts and mostly whitish underparts.
Location : Uda Walawa National Park - Sri Lanka.
