Das Schiff wurde 1982 für die Schottische Fischereiaufsichtsbehörde gebaut. Heute ist sie das Flaggschiff der Meeresschutzaktivisten der Captain Paul Watson Foundation, den Neptune’s Pirates. Dies ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation, die weltweit tätig ist und wegen ihrer konfrontativen Arbeit sowohl abgelehnt als auch geschätzt wird.
