I could do with the grains (noise) and lack of sharpness if it was only the sky, the moon and the chimneys, That would make a special mood. But the lights at the lower part show me not only out of focus-unsharpness, but also motion blur. But the idea is good, and the composition and exposure as well. You've got a very good idea here, but go for another try....totto
