My Balinese friend Kardita Bandem behind his mask during a Mecaru ceremony in a nearby temple premise.
Mecaru is the ceremony intended to deal with the balance between man and nature.
Mecaru is also the act of giving offering that are made especially to please Bhuta (bad spirits in nature) and Spirits.
