Amber - gold of the north
The photo shows part of a necklace made of amber with a flax thread and placed, under the lamp of my desk, on a stone. It was my purpose to bring out, if possible with a simple digital camera, some of the beauty and variety Baltic amber can have since the pieces here are left, to a great degree, in their natural state.
