Even if this foto is a nightmare in sharpness, it shows how Filipinos love their family, visiting their deceased family members on AllSaintsDay on the cemetary. The whole Philippine population is on this day on the cemetary, day and night, young and old, lighting candles, having picknic, visiting their loved once who deceased. Its a kind of carnival and picknic together.

Hallo Mike,an einem 1.11. war ich noch nie auf den Philippinen, aber ich habe natürlich schon viel darüber gehört. Der Totenkult ist dem unseren teilweise sehr ähnlich, aber in manchen Punkten auch völlig anders. Auf welchem Friedhof hast Du denn dieses Bild geschossen?
Trotz der leichten Unschärfe kommt eine Sache sehr gut rüber, nämlich dass es ein richtiges Nachtleben auf dem Friedhof gibt. Das gibt es in Deutschland nur illegalerweise sprich es wird nur von Grufties gelebt.
