again and again..........

Sicher kennt Ihr das, man hört einen Song, zunächst spricht er uns eher emotional an, man hört ihn noch mal, um mehr von dem Text zu verstehen.
Dann noch mal, und noch mal und noch mal, besorgt sich dazu den Text, liest mit, und versteht immer mehr. Manchmal ist man dann begeistert.
"Ein Weihnachtsmärchen in New York" hat bei mir diese Begeisterung ausgelöst. Beginnend in einer Ausnüchterungszelle endet der Titel in einer gedanklichen Romanze, dabei bleibt er absolut kitschfrei.

Scheinbar gibt es da noch einen, dem es genau so gegangen ist, wie mir. Einem ganz Großen der Folk Szene.

Eine prima Aufnahme, feine Perspektive und Qualität!
Mit den Musiklinks hast du mir auch eine Freude bereitet.... ich mag das Lied auch sehr und die Version von Christy ist einfach toll ! Hör's mir gleich nochmal an! :o)

...das ist aber kein Foto vom Weihnachtsmarkt in GS, denn so einen Propeller habe ich da nicht gesehen... *the Fairytale in N.Y.* höre ich mir jetzt seit dem du den Link eingestellt hast immerzu an, sowie auch die anderen Titel der Gruppe. Danke Norbert für den Ohrenschmaus wo ich doch so ein Fan von irischer Musik bin!!

Ich werde heute Abend mal deinen Link öffnen und mal schauen was sich da auftut.
Dein Foto schaut nach einem Weihnachtsdrehwurm aus.
Für mich noch 2 Arbeitsatge und dann ist für mich Ferienzeit angesagt und es ist mal Schluß mit dem ewigen drehen und schufften !!!

Das Musikerlebnis kenne ich auch gut. Von deinen beiden Versionen gefällt mir die von Christy Moore besser. Das Bild ist nicht so meins. Vieleicht war ich schon auf zu vielen Weihnachtsmärkten dieses Jahr. :-)
