Hallo Manfred,Junge, Junge..., was für eine schöne Nordmeerlandschaft. Vielleicht auch manchmal etwas eng dort zu leben, aber der Anblick ist grandios!

Wie winzig die Heringsfabrik vor dem Gestein doch wirkt. Da muss ich gleich an die beiden Romane von Kristin M. Baldursdóttir denken (Die Eismalerin und die Farben der Insel), die ich mir gerade gönne. Da geht es u.a. auch um die harte Arbeit der Frauen früher, die die Heringe waschen und salzen mussten, so, dass die Hände rissig und zerschunden waren. Eine interessante historische Geschichte über Island. Ist mal was anderes.lg Dagmar
