Here is a 16:9 crop of my latest HDR panorama showing the Swiss City St. Gallen at night. That night it was very windy so there is some motion blur in the trees but this does not weaken the image in my opinion.

Lens: Tamron 10-24mm F/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD
Focal length: 18 mm
Aperture: f5.6
ISO: 800
HDR: 5 Exposures, 1 stop difference each
Panorama: 6 vertical shots, stitched with PtGui
