1920
Well, looking through my grandma´s photobox, finding old memories, I also found a picture of my great-grandfather (the guy on the right) celebrating in germany around 1920... I really LOVE the dress of that time... and the one who took that amazing picture. (?)
So I scanned the picture, reduced most of the noise, increased contrast, and added some color. The comparisonl can be found here:
