First Impressions

Edinburgh is made up of Two Towns, The Old town and The New town. In the Old Town many of the streets have narrow lanes or closes as they are called similar to this one.

might be a bit scary at night, I think i'd stick to the new town myself.
great pov looking down this narrow thoroughfare.

I love the old town and it has a special atmosphere..
So Edinburgh was built on hills or a mountain..?

: )) i love it when people walk up streets with coffee cups in their hands! in fact, i sometimes indulge in that habit, too… ; ) has a certain nostalgic millenium boston/ally mcbeal feel to it! ; )) great shot and beautifully composed, too, with the unconscious help of the people ; )! i particularly like the "cross" created by the people walking up and those (two) leaning against the walls! greetings, sabine.
