The Kokkoros bridge is one of the many bridges in that area. It was build around 1750 and is entirely handmade by the local stone masons, experts on an art passed from father to son through the ages.These bridges were the only mean of communication with animals between villages and they ought to be as solid as possible to survive hard winters and also earthquaques. Obviously they did fine!...
In the photo a view of the bridge but mainly of the beautiful cobble stone path that leads to it.

It may be old and of another time, but it is still in use and serves the same purpose as always... keeping people united.
