Maybe I wasn't clear. What I meant to ask is if this was a picture you processed in a wet darkroom or is it digital. It looks like a wet room processed image. The reason I asked is because I think it is a little under developed. If there is a negative I wonder if the appearance is in the negative or in the processing. If digital or wet I would suggest some further dodging and burning to make it an even better image. It's a great image, just comes off a bit flat in tone.

Thanks a lot for your input. It is a digital image taken with Canon PowerShot G5. It was taken in a sequence of several shots consisting of colours as well as black-white. I like the idea of burning or dodging to make it better, especially the top left corner which is a bit overexposed. But then I think the overexposed section can represent the idea of present in it (and the underexposed can represent the past).
