the sign in the back adds even more emotional impact to an already powerful and moving image: two people exposed to the world, while obviously falling apart over an emotional crisis in their life! do they need storage? yes! self-storage, privacy!! and then there's the piercing irony of it: "please get a grip on yourself, or at least move your sorry selves to some other place, where we the unfeeling bystanders don't have to watch, don't have to help, don't have to care!" greetings, sabine.

It's a very strong and v e r y touching image...this feeling of hopelessness and despair...and seemingly no way out!
Deep in my heart I hope that somekind of rescue will come...otherwise I couldn't bear looking at them.
A great image with a social impact...
