Foil fencing , can get involved. Here one flashes past, while the othe found away to see step the attack , The lead fencer parries from over head and appears to touch, but eh second fencer counters and touches the back of the vest.
The question is who won the touch. The judges gave the point to the touch to the mask. The counter missed the blade in the repose, then again the argument continued, that the other touch to the head also never picked up the bland once his first attempt was missed. The touch still went to the head touch.
Now that's how you cover fencing.
