Hello Everyone and thank you for visiting my fotopage.
I was born in Germany where at a young age I took pictures of my siblings and friends with an Agfa Isolette. I immigrated to Canada but visit Germany every 2 to 3 years.
I can not image my life without taking photos, and with the new digital technology it is great to be able to take so many photos. I photograph anything and everything mostly in colour but also in black and white. I think my forte is nature photography, but I like the challenge of capturing the expressions of people and life situations and the unusual. I have the privilege of travelling a fair bit, and I like to take images that speak of the country and its people and customs.
I like my Minolta Maxxum 5 and recently a Canon PowerShot S3 1S . I try to take images that do not need cropping or altering, however, it's great that the possibility exists.

I am glad you are interested in my country, and it's an honor for me to present here few of it's beautiful places.
