I was surprised to see this ferry ready to go across the canal - note the armed guards on board

Das mit den begleitenden bewaffneten Soldaten scheint mir in dieser Gegend normal zu sein, wenn man bedenkt, was so terroristisch hier abgeht. Wieder eine klasse Dokumentation liebe Adele.

Die Fähre bringt sehr viel Farbe ins Bild! - Ja, die Wachen, sie würden mir keine Sicherheit vermitteln - eher das Gegenteil! Sehr schön sind die die Palme und die Pflanzen. Hier gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken.

Eine interessante Szenerie zeigst Du hier... eine Fähre, die von Bewaffneten geschützt wird...
Diese traurige Realität ist hier in Europa angekommen... was wird alles passieren...

sehe ich richtig, hat der da vorne auf der Fähre eine Maschinenpistole? Die Szene wirkt insgesamt bunt und turbulent. Ein paar winkende Touristen sehe ich auch. Das muß ein interessantes Abenteuer sein, den Kanal zu überqueren. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, daß es angesichts des Verkehrsaufkommens auch gar nicht so ungefährlich ist.

Good shot of the ferry.
Even in our European cities we see lot of armed soldiers in the streets nowadays. Sigh.....

e si l egitto oramai è cosi e pericolosa come tutto l oriente....ma da quando sono stati uccisi 52 persone nella vallata dei morti di fronte a louksor , io non ci sono piu tornata dopo 18 viaggi in egitto..... ottimo scatto cl
