three years ago I had the privilege to cruise in Antarctic waters .... after showing you several pictures then, the February theme of I C E as suggested in the General Forum by Ken Piros gives me an opportunity to show you a few more of this beautiful landscape and the icebergs.

yes, i remember the series! very impressively beautiful indeed! and this shot here is no exception: love the low clouds/fog and the intricate (and very theatrical!) natural light! it's literally highlighting parts of the snow for us, as though aware of the camera and its one moment in time… ; ) like angelika, i'm also fascinated with the very edge of the ice-covered coast, where it's breaking off the land, looking all all turqouise and rocky – like rough glass… looking forward to more, adele!! hugs, sabine.
