one sunday morning the fish decided to play a prank on the annoying anglers. they told the pike to bite off the bait, which he did. then the carp took the end of the fishing line in his mouth, swam with it to the next willow and asked a befriended dragonfly to tie it around the lowest branch – et voilà: the people in the boat suddenly got all excited, tearing at the rod, jumping up and down in their boat, thinking they'd caught the king of the carps – catch of the day. then one of them made a wrong move and the boat toppled over. both fell overboard, cursing and coughing and splashing in the water, and finally scrampling ashore. the fish in the pond laughed their heads off!
