The quiet waters left over from changing tides were always the most interesting places to watch on the beach, often teaming with life: small crabbs, tiny fish. algae...A reminder of hours spent watching these pools in calm weather and with the sun disappearing behind the horizon, must be the time to go back home ...
a pro for the evokative stillness.
