The pose is good, but if the girl was re-positioned away from that black window frame, the photo would be more effective. (The window frame is distracting, and takes the viewers eye away from her cute face.)
Also if you lowered the camera angle slightly to show a little more of her bust. The way it looks is that her bust is chopped off right through the middle going across.
