In a small village, somewhere in Papua, this people were quite busy with their weekly "party". They make a big fire and put stones on top of it. When the stones are hot they put them in a big (oil) drum and put vegetables, potatoes and meat on top of it. Bakar batu means something like burned stones.

Thank you for your comment. It's a very recent picture, shot last sunday. I am working here in Wamena, so not really a tourist...
